Steve+Jess wedding - 09/24/11

Now that we are back on the blogging train so to speak, it's time to share photos from our most recent wedding! Steve and Jess are friends of ours, so naturally we were excited when they asked us to photograph their wedding. And, since we've been on an outside/natural light wedding kick of late, who were we to refuse?

Steve and Jess decided to have their wedding outdoors at the Cincinnati Garden Center. Wow, what a beautiful place that I have driven past many times and never even knew existed! For those of you that don't know, it is tucked quietly away off of Reading Road not too far from Children's Hospital. If you haven't been I highly recommend that you check it out!

We knew the forecast was calling for rain, so we kept our fingers crossed, grabbed our umbrellas, rain jackets and lens hoods and hoped for the best. As luck would have it the rain stopped mid-morning and sure enough the sun began to break through the clouds as we arrived at Jess's house to begin photographing the girls getting ready...it seemed fate was on our side.

This was a great wedding and the pictures below will tell the story. Please enjoy and as always we welcome your comments!
